Fresh Start allows you to lease a home in the neighborhood of your choice. You can settle in and feel at home from day one!
- Valley Family Investors (VFI), a Grupe company, will work with you to find a home in Northern California you’ll be proud to call yours.
- You’ll approve the predetermined purchase price and VFI will purchase the home.*
- VFI will make any necessary repairs and energy-efficient upgrades.
- You can lease with an option to purchase in three to five years while your credit heals.**
- Monthly rent is set.
- Savings fund: 15% of the rent you pay over the term of the lease will be yours to use towards the down payment and/or closing costs.
